The summer flew by as usual!

... and maybe your fitness routine took a backseat to ALL the summer activities. Here's your chance to head into the holiday season with more energy to deal with ALL of the festivities.

 

#5WFR was created to provide a challenge for you to get CONSISTENT with weights, build STRENGTH + ATHLETICISM and feel like a BADASS at any age.

 

No extremes or the pressure to "get in the best shape of your life" -- it's only 5 weeks and if you know me you know I don't do anything unsustainable -- BUT it is a chance to push yourself a little past your comfort zone and show yourself what you're made of.

 

Here's What's Happenin'


#5WFR is a Workout Consistency Challenge ... but it's so much more!

 

I'm asking you to put some skin in the game and COMMIT to 5 weeks (and of course set yourself up for habit change and continued consistency and progress after, which is why this challenge is actually DOABLE and not extreme).

 

The name of the game is consistency and results!

 

The goal is to dial in our fitness routines and challenge ourselves by completing short, but intense metabolic conditioning workouts. These workouts are specifically designed to elicit physique change in 20-40 minutes or less with consistency.
These are weight training workouts, but you will also feel the cardio burn!

 

In order to complete the challenge,
you must complete 20 workouts over the 5 weeks
(an average of 4 workouts a week)

 

Yes, this is going to be tough! That’s why it’s a “challenge” but all workouts are 20-40 minutes MAX, and as the goal is consistency, I want you to do what you need to to get them in! 

 

These workouts are all you need.

So I am recommending you do them as is, with as much leisure walking and restorative stuff thrown in as you want but honestly not too much extra. This is a full-body workout program, including 3 full-body + 1 HIIT workout each week.

The goal is quick, intense and results-driven. We are focused on results, not duration. 

 

You can do all the workouts at home with dumbbells (I recommend 1 heavier and 1 lighter set), or at a gym.

This program is going to help you get consistent, experience camaraderie, getting the support and guidance you need and of course, get plenty of good, old-fashioned sweaty workouts under your belt.

Founder of Upward Spiral Fitness, I'm a certified personal trainer with multiple certifications and 12 years working with hundreds of clients.

Over the past decade, I've worked with clients in every age group looking to incorporate fitness seamlessly into their lives.

Currently, I work mostly with women over 40 who understand that strong>skinny and it's never too late to start.

I want you to have a life outside the gym! And do things that make you feel good, athletic, and like the inner badass you are! The #5WFR workouts will facilitate that.

 

The #5WFR Challenge was born out of the desire to gain momentum and do it with an amazing team of people supporting you and cheering you on!
