Let me guess- you’ve tried or thought about trying to lift weights but –
-
You’re concerned about knee, shoulder, or other pain.
-
You don’t know where to start.
-
You lack motivation/discipline.
-
You had a bad experience with a trainer in the past.
-
You’re afraid of looking like The Rock.
Look, I get it because I felt ALL OF THIS before I started strength training.
The mission of the Strength Circle is to get you past these roadblocks, get you moving and disrupt the fitness industry’s damaging obsession with weight loss and appearance.
Welcome to the Strength Circle
Let's envision a world where women feel strong and empowered in their lives AND bodies.
One you’re a part of because you got past your self-limiting beliefs which have been keeping you stuck. Imagine moving in a smarter, more efficient way of strengthening your body leading you to discover a new sense of self.
Our value as women is not determined by our body fat percentage, weight, or body shape.
What you will Gain in the Strength Circle:
Feeling stronger in your body which translates into other parts of your life - feeling more confident and empowered.
Educated on exercise and why we do certain movements.
Understanding the difference between good and bad form.
The belief that fitness doesn’t have to take over your life.
Knowing when to rest fully and when to move or have a lighter day.
Gaining strength to do the things you really love (skiing, biking, hiking, etc)
Accountability to yourself leading to prioritization of your own needs in life.
