What you'll get:
- A six module online program teaching you the what, why and how of strength training.
- Three 30 min one-on-one private Zoom sessions with Jen.
- One month of TAG Teams (2x/week) - Jen's virtual, interactive fitness classes where you receive the accountability and community for your fitness journey.
Please note the one month (8 sessions) of TAG Teams must be used consecutively.
